1. Order Cancellation

• Domestic Orders (India):
• Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 3 days of placing it or before the item is dispatched, whichever is earlier.
• After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return or exchange upon receiving the product as per our Return and Refund Policy.
  
  
• International Orders:
• Cancellations are NOT allowed for international orders once placed. Due to customs regulations and international shipping logistics, all international sales are final.
• Exception: If an international order is damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

2. How to Cancel an Order (Domestic only)

To cancel your domestic order:

• Provide your order ID and reason for cancellation.
• For international orders, cancellations will NOT be processed once an order is placed.

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders (Domestic only)

• Prepaid Domestic Orders Canceled Before Dispatch: A full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-15 business days.
• Orders Canceled After Dispatch:
• Domestic Orders: Shipping charges may not be refunded, and the cancellation will be treated as a return.
• International Orders: Cancellations are not permitted, but in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments, a refund or replacement may be issued upon verification.

4. Exceptions

• Custom or Personalized Products: Cannot be canceled once production has begun.
• Sale or Promotional Items: Non-cancelable unless there is a defect or error in the order.
• International Orders: No cancellations, but a refund will be issued in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products upon delivery.
